A Professional Client is a client who has the knowledge and experience to make his/her own investment decisions and properly assess the risks, and accepts to waive some of the protections under the rules of business conduct, including the right to compensation under the Investor Compensation Fund and the right to address a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. The company guarantees Best Execution and Negative Balance Protection to all its clients regardless of their categorization, even though brokerage firms are required to achieve these only for Retail Clients. As a professional client, you need to meet at least two of the following requirements:

1. You have carried out transactions, in significant size, on the relevant market at an average frequency of 10 per quarter over the previous four quarters.
2. The size of your financial instrument portfolio, defined as including cash deposits and financial instruments, exceeds EUR 500,000.
3. You work/have worked in the financial sector for at least one year in a professional position which requires knowledge of the transactions or services envisaged.
