  • In today’s Economic calendar, we can expect to see some volatility in the CAD and USD.
  • At 12:30 (GMT), the Statistic office of Canada will release their Building Permits.
  • That number shows the number of permits for new construction projects.
  • The result is forecasted in a decrease to -20%, considering that last month was at -7.3%
  • At 12:30 (GMT), the Statistic office of Canada will release their Unemployment Rate figures.
  • The result is forecasted in an increase to 18%, considering that last month was at 7.8%.
  • At 12:30 (GMT) the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor will release their Unemployment rate
  • The result is forecasted in an increase to 14%, considering that last month was at 4.4%.
  • At 12:30 (GMT) also, the Bureau of Labor Statistics of USA will release their Nonfarm Payrolls*
  • The above shows the number of new jobs created during the previous month, in all non-agricultural business. The monthly changes in payrolls can be extremely volatile due to its high relation with economic policy decisions made by the Central Bank.
  • The result is forecasted in a decrease to -22000K, considering that last month was at -701K.
